White trash moment No. 1 – here I am in May 1969 – stealing my father’s (empty) can of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.
Apparently my mother thought it was cute and took this picture.
[NOTE: The dribbling down the front of my coveralls - a sure sign of a drinking problem.]
I am sure this photo will keep me from getting future employment and/or preclude me from holding any elective office – ever.
So, I decided to post it on the Internet.
… Although it could give me some of that “Joe Six-Pack” cred, I guess.
[I'm also thinking of making this my Facebook photo once the elections are over and after I take down my NO on 8 graphic]
It’s a fake.

McCain hugging the KKK
And a bad one at that. Below are the original photos I traced down that were used to create that photo:
-
-
McCain hugging the KKK (fake)
-
-
McCain Hugging Bush – everything cropped out except for McCain and Bush’s hand on his shoulder.
-
-
AP photo of the KKK – everything cropped out except for the guy in white – then he was flipped to be a mirror image.
-
-
This AP photo was flipped as a mirror image, blurred and used as the background behind their heads.
-
-
This AFP photo (or one like it) had everything cut out except the sign at the bottom. It was used at the bottom of the McKKKain photo.
Here is my second Ball State Student ID. At the end of my Sophomore year, Ball State started a new system of Student ID cards and we all needed to get new pictures taken for our cards. This wonderful picture was taken after I had stayed up all night in the 24-hour computer lab playing Moria with Mark Stratton.
