Moronic sexist attack: The “Palin Bikini Gun” photo
By now you may have seen the infamous photograph supposedly showing Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin in a bikini and holding a “long gun.” Needless to say, as shown in the above illustration, it’s a fake. (UPDATE: Anyway the model is holding a pellet gun - not a true firearm that uses gunpowder.)
I Have the following to say about this to its creator:
- The high quality of the photo shopping makes me think you have a semblance of talent, ingenuity and are probably intelligent - therefore it is likely you are a Democrat and probably a Barack Obama supporter.
- Shame on you. This is sexist, sexist, sexist. This is the kind of nonsense that goes to prove that sexism is alive and well in the Democratic Party.
- There are 101+ legitimate things you can attack about Palin: She is an ultra-conservative asshole. She is an anti-gay asshole. She is a anti-women’s rights “obey your husband” asshole. She is a teach creationism and “intelligent design” in science classes asshole. She is a corrupt republican taking illegal donations asshole. But to focus on her female bits? That makes YOU the asshole here, buddy. (And I do mean buddy since I doubt a woman would do this.)
As Cobra Commander, I am something of a gun expert and a stickler for detail. I am also a sucker for a girl with guns, as the Baroness can attest to, but I digressss.
The gun the girl is holding is not a ‘long rifle’ but a Crossman .177 pellet rifle, similar to the one I killed small animals with as a child.

I find it amusing that suddenly SO MANY comments and images and thoughts are now considered sexist.
For the past decade the bar has been lowered so much that I thought feminism was considered “out of fashion”. Comedy Central offered us “The MAN SHOW”, every local network advertised “Girls Gone Wild” nightly, Howard Stern’s show was a huge hit, young starlets “empowered their sexuality” by flashing their bits at paparazzi and Hillary Clinton was demonized as a belligerent bitch for having the audacity to run for president.
Suddenly…everything changes. We’ve all become so sensitive to attacks on women.
I wonder what caused this sea change in attitudes about sexism. Hmmmm…what could it be?

Talk about comeuppance…when Hilary C. was complaining about the sexist old boys’ network that was sticking it to her, good ole gal Palin told her to suck it up and learn to deal. Now that the bikini is on the other rump, all Sarah P. can do is weiner and whine about blatant sexist attacks! Go back to Alaska mama, until you can suck it up and learn to deal.
